Gee had been in contact with me for a very long time, always checked in every few months which is what got him the sale along side competitive fees. Excellent communication during campaign, was always reachable if i had any questions. Only area of improvement would be post sale care - small things likr first time congratulations was only said was over txt on settlement day etc started to feel more of a transaction process towards the end rather than genuine care, especially if i compare with previous experiences.
