Sarah and her offsider/assistant/agent in training Corey are excellent, and that is from a buyer. Prompt response times, excellent communication skills, and just lovely people to deal with. All concerns (and we had a few) dealt with diligently and with clear communication. I would recommend Sarah and Corey to anyone looking to buy as well as sell in the area they specialize in. We will be using them in the future to buy/sell/rent. Top notch real estate agents (we have dealt with our fair share of agents through the purchase/rent dealings). We are very happy with the level of care they provided to us as buyers. I feel like they took care of the sellers as well in an unfavorable environment (bad building and pest). Ultimately, everyone was able to negotiate an acceptable deal due to the care and diligence Sarah and Corey provided to both parties.
