I recommend Sarah and the team at Harcourt's. Sarah and her offsider Corey worked hard, kept in touch frequently, provided very prompt feedback after open homes and responded to questions or issues very quickly. I chose Sarah because she was a pleasure to talk to and was the most upfront of any of the agents I spoke to about the costs (particularly with the breakdown of the sometimes-opaque advertising fees). The sale took a little while (tricky market for units) and I appreciated that Sarah didn't push to drop the price, and managed to keep momentum and a steady stream of potential buyers throughout. Corey was also really friendly, helpful and efficient, particularly during the various steps of the contract stage. I would absolutely use them again.
