Sarah and Pete have been brilliant throughout the lengthy process of selling our town house. We turned to them after a few months with another agent and not having a great deal of interest. Having them in the heart of the suburb was a big factor. Both have been very patient and flexible during the numerous open homes and out of business hour appointments, and were able to make the whole process as painless and stress free as can be. The communication was outstanding, we were never left in the dark on what was going on or what they might be doing to secure the sale for us. Feedback was frequent and if the open home had been slow they would put a positive spin on things and keep chipping away. When things began to get busier in the market, they got the job done and secure a sale. It’s great that we now have peace of mind and can look forward to moving into our new home, in Oxley. We would recommend to friends, especially in Oxley or neighboring suburbs, that they use Harcourts Oxley to sell in future and would certainly use their services again.
