Sarah provided a clear and complete picture of the process and costings associated with the sale of my property. Sarah then took the lead in organizing some needed repairs and general upkeep and cleaning. Part way through the refurbishment Sarah showed the property to a potential buyer "off market" which resulted in the property being sold.
