I was lucky enough to be the only one at the viewing and she was very helpful in showing me everything. She also explained the process of bidding and buying in Tasmania, and gave me some idea of the additional fees that would be incurred through inspection, stamp duty and conveyancing. Donna evaluated the property well, being aware of the locality and what it offered, and knowing the market. She handled the sale with skill and discretion. Initial use of a video may have resulted in a sale early enough to avoid some of the effects of a market deteriorating due to rising interest rates,etc. I sometimes found it difficult to gain progress reports, but it had been a busy time of year. Donna was friendly and understanding of my difficulties as I coped with the sale after the death of my partner.
