No respond or late reply

I have to be chasing people to fix what is broken or needs to be fixed in my apartment. Which should be the property manager duty. I have never experienced anything like this. Am still waiting for response. I have no fans in my toilets and now my sisters toilet is getting mold on the back. I have send email for everything to be fixed instead, I have been told to chase the people who are meant to come fix it. I hope it's fixed soon. Because that's against any tenant agreement!!!
