Extremely professional in their approach and communication with sound knowledge of property market.
Prior to our previous tenant having vacated our property earlier in the year, Harcourts Melbourne City (Darren Krause) already had a new tenant organised at a higher weekly rental - they virtually moved straight in after the exit date. Darren kept us regularly informed of what was happening during the process and was extremely professional in his handling of the matter.

Timely communication and helpful feedbacks!

Communication is quite good
They replied quickly, although not always. After one month of moving in, the property have issues and they would not fix it not urgently even though I requested many times. The cupboard door is chipped and the ranghood is broken while the toilet has been fixed. The contract also had many issues and it would not be changed even after I addresses the situation. The calculation and dates for the rent is also off. The property has many issues that I can't send all of it. Some of the lights are also not working.
