About Daniella

After completing a hairdressing traineeship, Daniella begun working in real estate on a short term basis in her mother’s office in the Western Suburbs in 2010. Her mother had been a local agent in the area for over a decade and owned her own company for 7 years. Starting in administration to help inject energy and momentum into the business, Daniella excelled and quickly progressed into property management when an opportunity arose. “I’m grateful for the opportunity I had working in my mum’s office. I had excellent training and was surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist me in my first years.” In 2013 the buzz, excitement and challenge of the inner-city saw Daniella choose to move to Melbourne’s CBD to further progress her career. Taking on a role managing a Fully Furnished portfolio in a multiple office network, Daniella was able to progress into managing a small team of upcoming property managers’ whist providing an exceptional service to her clients. “Managing furnished properties requires a different set of skills, you’re dealing with a clientele who expect a hotel quality service. You’re not only managing the property itself but ensuring that the furnishings provided are up to standard and well presented” After 4 successful years, in late 2016, Daniella decided it was time to challenge herself again accepting a key position at Harcourts Melbourne City. “I am ready to lead the property management team to new heights and I’m really excited about the future”

Mikaele commenced her real estate career in Melbourne City and continues her dedication to the industry right where it all started. “The CBD market is unlike any other. Darren embarked on his property management journey in 2001, accumulating extensive experience in asset management over the years. Recognising that a positive experience for all parties involved promotes a hassle-free rental experience. Throughout his career, Darren has successfully managed various property services, ranging from holiday letting management, overseeing luxurious properties on Hamilton Island right through to student accommodation with UniLodge. These diverse experiences have equipped him with a strong understanding of maintaining quality control and maximising occupancy rates for properties under his management. “In my approach to asset management, I place great emphasis on meticulous risk management. I proactively implement measures to mitigate risks and work tirelessly to establish a strong framework that protects the best interests of my clients. By making risk management my top priority, I ensure that any potential issues are addressed and resolved before they have a chance to escalate. This provides a sense of security and peace of mind to both rental providers and renters, knowing that their assets and interests are well taken care of”. It is an absolute pleasure working with Serena. Her communication is always clear, concise, and very prompt. She is very quick and proactive in addressing any questions, concerns, and takes immediate action. Serena ensured and continues to ensure a smooth process and with great efficiency, and operates with absolute professionalism. Excellent

They were as responsive as it gets, I was never left with any questions that needed to be answered. They were really professional and knowledgeable, they make sure that they have both owner and tenant on mind, protecting both to the fullest extent. Recommended for sure!

Professional and Results Focused

I fell into the trap of not expecting too much from my previous managing agent - but was awakened from my slumber when the property remained untenanted for 3 months - and they told me it was due to the deficiencies in the property (which I had diligently maintained) and due to 'a decline in rental demand' (it had been tenanted over 95% of the time over previous years!). Moving my business to Harcourts Melbourne City was win-win for both parties. They just did their job professionally (without fanfare and unnecessary spin) and provided higher quality marketing/photography, better organised inspections, a more rigorous assessment of applicants, kept me fully informed of progress and really helped to resolve issues. To cut a long story short, they found a quality tenant for the property just over one week after it was readvertised under their banner. I look forward to Harcourts Melbourne City continuing to manage my property.
