Harcourts took over as managing agents of our property early this year. They have been a pleasure to deal with. Daniella Ferraro the manager has been so helpful and really gone beyond the call of duty in assisting us. We had a tenant that didn’t pay rent for months and caused Daniella and her team a lot of extra work. I would also like to say that Bulent Topcu who handled our property has done an excellent job. He organised the renovations we did and found us new tenants very quickly. And Mikaela Horsnell was a pleasure to deal with and a great help to us. This is a really great team of people. I thought the last managing agent was doing a good job but I can see now that Harcourts are immeasurably better.
