Dionne is a consummate professional. Dionne listened and understood our brief so that the rest of the process was clear and precise. From the listing, price estimate, and how the property would be presented her communication was measured and accurate. There was no bias, or trickery in how she presented the campaign feedback, or co-ordinated her team to deliver, relevant, consistent information. Her greatest skill is not just her knowledge of the market and the competing properties but finding solutions to buyer objections. Dionne pursued other avenues to get information so that the buyer felt comfortable in submitting an offer. Not only that she maintained the relationship with the Managing Agent, Body Corporate and stylist so that as the sale approached "unconditional" we knew exactly where we stood with the buyer(s) and their level of interest so we could make informed decisions to either hold or accept the offer. We thank Dionne for being tenacious, confident, calm and proactive in the sale of our property which posed a few obstacles to resolve resulting in a settlement just before Christmas!
