Harcourts have excellent knowledge of the market, know what kind of tenant suits a particular property and have managed to sign up tenants within 3 days of listing. Inspections are regular and thorough with detailed feedback. Tradespeople are reliable and give fair and reasonable quotations. We have also been given sensible advice regarding any improvements we might make.

Very fast response to application, few maintenance issues ongoing
Serena was seemingly looking out for our application as no longer than an hour had passed between submission and acceptance. We found Serena to be very responsive, but we are still awaiting responses to issues we raised after taking up the tenancy.

Professional and efficient
My experience of Harcourts Melbourne City has been great. I've had four letting agents for my properties since 2017. Two have left the industry and I was unhappy with the other. Harcourts are the fourth and by far the best. My property was vacant for a very short time and Mikaele at Harcourts found a great tenant. Harcourts processes seem to be very thorough, communication with them has been excellent, and the overall service has been very professional.
