Shane was our agent the moment we met him. He was going to sell our house for the best price with the best marketing campaign. We dealt with him and he was always available to discuss strategies. Best in the business!
We were so impressed by Shane when we bought our property 12 years ago he was the only person I wanted to sell my mother's house when she needed to go into care recently. 10/10 for Shane. We reached out to Shane to help us sell the house he initially sold us back 2021. Our first dealing with Shane helped us into buying our first home, by far the friendliest and most genuine agent we'd come across, he is open with you on all fronts regardless of the topic and helped us along our way. Shane helped make our first home buying experience one we wouldn't forget! The exact reason I kept his number handy in my phone. Shane has an outstanding knowledge of the area and is extremely professional in the way he goes about his work. The whole process Shane uses is extremely well thought out and better yet executed to perfection, taking away any unnecessary stress or anxiety that the house sale won't go smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better selling experience and Shane helped make all things go to plan. The thing we like about Shane is how he treats all parties, both buyer and seller are made to feel so easy about the whole transition into or out of your home.
