I've been looking for my forever home for 12 years, so I've met a lot of agents and Shane was one of the best I've come across!! It was nice to see an agent actually listening and looking at us, rather than their phone. Shane was really great from start to finish with our purchase. If he didn't know the answer to a question (and I had heaps) he would find it ASAP and also gave extra info without being prompted. He was honest with us, didn't get any "salesman" type jargon from him. He went out of his way on several occasions for us. Unlike most agents, Shane actually looked after both Vendor & Purchaser. I think this is such a bonus for a Vendor knowing that your potential Purchasers are dealing with someone really helpful to them. It never felt like he was just trying to get the sale done. His help hasn't stopped after settlement either, he's been contacting the Vendor for me as I had some questions regarding the house. We bought our house through Shane in 2018, and went on to use his office as our rental agents on two properties.
