Rick is a Fantastic Agent and we would definitely recommend him. He is always friendly, happy & professional. Rick even went the extra mile and vacuumed our property for us as we were "under the pump" with many jobs still to attend to for the property to be ready for photography. Before settlement he proactively reached out to us to ask if he had any concerns, and was with us in every step of the way. Really a great agent and a lovely guy overall, miles ahead of some agents we dealt with while looking for our first home.
