Easy to deal with, authentic and knowledgeable
We recently dealt with Shane whilst purchasing a property and he was most accommodating with the arrangement of inspections and spending extra time answering our range of questions about the property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to communicate with making the purchase of our new home a real pleasure.

Buying a house
Shane King is a great Real Estate person to buy a house from. I liked that he wasn't a pushy person like some of the other real estate people. He gave you time to decide if that was the house that you wanted. I would recommend him to buy or sell a house for you.

Shane King Reigns in Pandemic!
It has been a long and tedious wait (almost 2.5 months) for the auction of our property due to extended and never ending lockdowns and mid way the moving out tenants were forced to insolate due to exposure as first contact. What's more nerve wrecking is when only one of two interested buyers showed up at the time of auction! However, Shane just showed us the way and produced a result beyond our expectations! He also bested both of our neighbours who have sold their properties early on. Entrusting the sale of our property to Shane was just incredible and we felt truly a WINNER in the end! Job well done Shane & we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
