Late last year I had to downsize for personal reasons. Spoke to several agents but Shane made it very easy to choose him. Shane presented himself well and came over as being sincere. He explained procedures in full detail and even told of unlikely but possible negatives so there would be no "nasties" down the track. Shane was also prepared to listen and answered any queries and acted on those queries immediately without further prompting. Shane also kept me up to date at all times. What was looking to be a harrowing experience for me at the beginning because of Shane I managed to relax quite a lot and the final outcome was very successful and above my expectations. If you are looking for "a man of his word" I have no hesitation in recommending Shane.

We first meet Joe whilst stumbling one of his listings on realestate.com.au. This was the first property we ever looked at when deciding we wanted to buy another home.
