Sale of our home
We have been very impressed with Harcourts as an agency overall. Shane King has been professional, transparent and honest throughout the whole process. He has given us detailed and clear advice and we never felt pressured to take any actions that weren’t right for us. Shane is extremely consultative and reassuring and he is able to present all information available for you to make informed decisions. He also has a great sense of humour and actually makes the difficult process of selling a home seem like fun! We will happily use Harcourts again if needed in the future. We would highly recommend Harcourts and Shane King for your real estate needs.

Easy and kind
I really appreciated working with an agent who was communicative and easy going, purchasing our first home was quite scary for us but Nick made the process feel and sound easy. I found many open houses to be loud and in-your-face. However, this was never my experience with Nick.
