He not only achieved the selling price but went well above the reserve. Other Agents in Geelong put a lesser price ($360-$380),so obviously we went with the right Agent. Shane King's service was excellent. He was easy to talk to and only to happy to simply explain (and re-explain) politely. He answered his phone! (Most haven't in my experience of searching for a house) and when missed a call, promptly returned it. He gave my partner and myself a good grasp of the workings batween realter, broker and conveyancer so we were always in the loop for the next step and when. He was also flexible with us during the busiest times in order to ensure rendezvous between vender and buyer. Buying a house for the first time can feal like such a worry, Shane eased alot of that nerveousnouse with reassurance. We greatly appreciated having him as our realter.
