I have dealt with a LOT of real estate agents, all around the world but Joe and his team are the best I have ever dealt with, bar none. I was lucky enough to find them on purchasing my house, and I used them on the sale. Their differentiator is their honesty (everything they advise you on is backed up by third-party facts), their care and their communication.
