I’ve noticed other real estate agents play around and waste your time and are not honest with the pricing of a property as they play a quiet auction game even when the house is not on auction and this disgusts me. On other hand I found Nick to be a nice real estate agent that’s understanding and gets the job done quick and easy and doesn’t waste time or play silent auction games.

Shane king is a credit to the real estate industry. In our initial meeting with Shane he came very well prepared with lots of information and knowledge of the area and the state of the current market in our area. He provided us with sound advise regarding marketing the property and provided many options to suit a range of budgets. Shane kept provided regular updates after open days and enquiries on the property. Our property did not sell at auction, but sold one week later for a price just above the middle of price guide range which Shane had suggested for selling the property. We were exceptionally happy with the price Shane achieved. Joe and the Harcourts team in North Geelong are excellent to deal with. Joe provided an honest appraisal of our home. His communication throughout the sale period prior to auction was excellent.
