It has been 15 years since we sold a house and we were very reliant on our agent for both advice and guidance. Very professional agent
We highly recommend Nick as a real estate agent. During the sale of our property, he was constantly keeping us up to date with feedback on our property. His level of professionalism is highly commendable and he is very much up to date with the value of properties in our area. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome of the sale of our property, which was sold within a period of two weeks after being listed the market.

Fantastic.
Couldn't believe how smoothly things went under Joe's Guidance, Have been struggling with the property and everything that's been happening with it being my first property and not knowing much about the market, so when I got recommended Joe I was just expecting more stress, couldn't have been more wrong, Not only was he easily able to explain things to me so that I could understand them clearly, It was quite easy to trust him as he genuinely took the time out to make sure that I was satisfied with everything that was going on, communication and feedback was great, he took me through everything he thought was relevant and a few things he wanted me to understand that weren't as relevant but would help me in the future if situations changed. outstanding overall and got an unbelievable result From the auction 63k over my reserve which is simply phenomenal. Extremely happy that we chose Joe and his team to sell/auction our property. As an expert in the 3215 market, he guided us through the process effortlessly. Joe articulated the auction process and strategy well and ensured that we fully understood and were fully prepared for every possible scenario and outcome. The marketing package was professionally presented and we were happy with the number of inspections that were generated during our four week campaign. Auction day was a little nerve wracking but Joe visited a couple of nights beforehand to go through the process and put us at ease for the big day. The result achieved at the auction was pleasing. With his genuine warmth, coupled with his professional acumen we would have no hesitation of highly recommending Joe to any prospective clients. By the way, he is also one of the best auctioneers in the business!!! :)
