Very professional
I rang Harcourts with a property to sell and was given Nicks name. Nick made a time that was convenient to my sister and I, as we live two and a half hours from Geelong. From there Nick passed on his ideas and suggested we auction the property. On Saturday we were happy with the outcome. Nick kept me updated with all proceedings and when I became a little stressed about the property having a pool, he assured me that he still thought it would sell, and he was right. Thank you so much Nick!!! May I also mention Joe, he was brilliant, thanks Joe.

The best agent you can ever have
We found Shane was terrific, he followed up when he needed to, he was reliable, completely honest and went well above what we expected. We investigated at least three agents in the area and selected Shane because of his past performances with our Mother's place in Corio and our very good friends who needed to sell in Deakin st. We were all very pleased with the professional attitude and his very thoughtful approach when it came to our 90 year old mother. Thanks Shane for a great job.
