Chelsea has been a dream to deal with, we had some timelines that were crucial to us in securing a rental and Chelsea was great at keeping us in the loop along the way. The level of service is great and the outcome has been superb. Communication was easy and Chelsea is going above and beyond even after the lease has been signed.

The staff at Harcourts were very helpful, especially with going out of their way to move our furniture when carpets were being laid during an inconvenient time (no fault of Harcourts). They were always helpful and polite. I would recommend them
