As a landlord of multiple rental properties, I have experienced some less than ideal service from the Launceston agencies. I have recently placed our property investments with Harcourts Northern Midlands. Chelsea and Dearne have been timely, professional, achieved an excellent rental result with great tenants. Recently I purchased a home in Longford, then returned to outback WA to work. Initially I was going to self manage the rental, but Harcourts were recommended and I'm glad we went that route. They found excellent renters, have managed the necessary repairs and paid bills from the rent as per my request. Work is done quickly and efficiently and they don't bother me with unnecessary information. I trust them to care both for the tenant and for me, and that trust has to date, not been misplaced. It's a perfect arrangement really as we both commit to doing our specific jobs as well as we can. And everyone wins!

We moved from another agency when our lease was about to expire and our existing tenants were moving out unexpectedly. recently purchased a property in longford and had excellent service from Jessica at harcourts nth midlands. We then dealt with Chelsea to rent the property out for 6 months before we move in and she was great to work with and kept us informed by phone calls and email . We highly recommend them for any real estate purchases or leasing.
