Communication and professionalism were excellent, we were always kept up to date with what was happening and the update information provided was honest and accurate. The only downside was that we felt the initial sale price we were advised we could obtain was a lot higher than what was realistic for the market at the time. This was a bit frustrating as we specifically told the agent we had experienced this in the past. However overall the experience was great, the property sold for a value which was realistic for the current market. The customer service has been great before and after the sale and they are very helpful.
