Jessica was very helpful and kept me notified throughout the entire process. She also assisted in providing a virtual walkthrough when I couldn't attend the premises in person. Extremely professional and courteous, a really good knowledge of the local area as well. Buying in Tasmania while living in Qld was not easy during our first 2 months of looking. Time seemed to travel a bit slower down there and so do some of the agents we dealt with. Then we got an email from Jess one Sunday night at 10.30. She got back to us after a busy weekend and completely changed our view following previous disappointments. By Monday night we had purchased our house and couldn't be more impressed with how it went.
