Professional, approachable and friendly!
As a buyer, I found Sharon's communication very professional with me. Obviously working for the other party, I still felt that Sharon worked hard to negotiate the sale with both parties. Sharon is friendly, approachable and I would be confident to have her as my agent if I were to sell.

Very happy with our selling experience with James Packham
James, and his assistant Kaneisha, impressed us from our first meeting with his knowledge of the Mitchell Park market, and both were always professional and well-presented. James organised photographs for the next day and had our house on the market within a few days. The photographs were excellent and he followed up on all attendees at our open inspections. He coped with the problems brought on by Covid-19 and kept us assured and informed all through this period. We were happy with our sale price considering it was sold during the lockdown period. Well done, James and Kaneisha!

Response time from initial call was very fast. Very informative about market and confident.
Friendly and well presented. Aligned trades people for us and had ample support staff. Fast response to enquiries and put a lot of effort into individual client inspections as required. Stood firm with negotiations and good transparency with us. Caring and energetic with assistance to seal the deal. We have no regrets at all.

Michelle was warm and friendly and also very professional.
Michelle from the start was both personable and professional. She was fantastic with our kids and it was very easy to talk to her about our goals and wants for selling our house. She knew the market well and was always quick at getting back to us whenever we had a question. She helped us with design and interior ideas for adding value to our home and always showed a real interest in getting us the best price we could.
