Fast friendly knowledgeable mover

Very good experience.

Five-Star Service
In the past we've had some negative experiences with Real Estate Agents, but the service we received from James Packham and his highly-efficient Team was flawless. Wait, that's not quite true... He actually sold the property too quickly for us, but he could be forgiven for this because of the price he achieved for us. From his initial presentation to us, through the price negotiations and on to the finalisation of the sale, his honestly and professionalism inspired confidence and left us highly impressed.

Absolutely Fantastic Agent
Choosing an agent wasn't an easy decision after taking reccomendations I selected 3 to quote. I completed a matrix and James came out top and got the job. Every single thing James promised us he delivered on, every possible outcome he predicted turned out to be spot on, what can I say other than he knows exactly what he is doing. The communication with James and his team was excellent, they went out of the way to keep us informed, so much so it felt like we were the only client they had, which is how the customer should be made to feel. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process felt straight forward and easy. James sold our property at the first open for substantially more than we had hoped for. I would recommend James to anyone and I wouldn't consider ever using anybody else.
