Professional and exceptional real estate agency
We recently sold our property through James packham real estate with the fantastic help of Stephanie Callaghan. Steve did a great job selling my home, professional, honest and always thinking about the marketing.
I was hesitant to engage Steve as my agent as he was an out of area sales person! My concerns where laid to rest after the first open as his experience in marketing houses was evident with over 20 groups through. He negotiated a price that I was happy with and the sale was closed quickly. He knows the industry, very informative and professional. I would recommend Steve for any of your real estate needs.

Kaneisha was fantastic
We solely dealt with Kaneisha Ralph and found her to be excellent with her communication during the settlement and quickly answered any of our (numerous!) questions directly or kindly passed on our requests to the old owner. Due to some difficulties with our bank, we missed some settlement deadlines and Kaneisha was very accommodating and understanding. We look forward to purchasing our next house within 18 months and will attempt to purchase from Packham and Harcourt.
