He demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the housing market and associated industries and, while firm in his convictions, was always open to discussion of issues. While a little disappointed with the final sale price, I acknowledge that the timing was not ideal - a tad late in the season for the particular property - and I was happy to finalise the contract to keep within my own desired timeframes.
