Although Mike spent a lot of time with us prior to our house going on the market, I was disappointed with the lack of contact we had with him after we accepted an offer. Contact was made mainly via text as on occasions we had received no return phone call. Overall I was disappointed with the lack of contact after the offer acceptance.

Mike Steadall was one of two Real estate agents recommended by Darryl Bevan from Direct Financial Brokers. The person from another real estate agency was very negative in their approach to viewing the property. Mike Steadall on the other hand was extremely positive, and reassured my wife that he would undertake the sale, which he did. From the moment my wife spoke to Mike, and later both of us, we felt very confident in his manner and knowledge of selling property. A friendship developed and will continue long after the sale of our former home. The sale of the house went through fairly quickly, we are extremely grateful to Mike Steadall for all that he did to help us and the buyers who bought the house. Mike was very caring and understood what we wanted. Felt like a family member with the thank you card and voucher for Sweet n Treats - a lovely personal touch! Kept us informed as to what was happening and adjusted marketing accordingly. Follow up thru to settlement was fantastic.
