When it comes to Catherine buying. A house was a good experience. She would also be great when selling your home as my husband and I were set on not negotiating, but ending up doing so with Catherien. I really dislike when agents are too pushy. Catherine worked well for her seller and tried to get a better price, but didn’t make us feel like we were being pushed into a situation we didn’t want to be in. I think this is very important for agents as I wouldn’t buy a place from an agent that is too agressive. She was also great with communication and timing. Definitely would recommend her.
