Johnny's experience and knowledge when it comes to selling is second to none. From our very first phone conversation as we are in different states, was of a person with great communication skills, wealth of knowledge on how to read the market and individuals when it comes to the property market, especially in the local area. It helped that we both were on the same page in terms of property requiring minor renovations and staging of the property before we went to market. His team went to work straight away and lined up all the resources and gave me a timeline which was followed to deliver a great makeover and as a result we had offers before we went to market and we signed!
