We selected Lolit to sell our mother's house. She was very professional and displayed a very good knowledge of the Petrie market. Lolit also stated that she had a buyer, so we entered into a very short contract with no advertising budget. We set the price based on several market reviews but at a small premium. We needed no open house inspections just 2 private inspections and the house was sold.

This was my first house sale so I didn't really know what I was doing to begin with but Lolit was able to clearly explain the process and her proposed sale method which I had seen first hand when she sold my neighbours house less than a year before on its first open home. She advised well how to prepare for sale and was always available to answer questions. She has an excellent sales method that helps build interest and raise offers. By the end of the first open home I had a number of offers, none of which were below asking price and ended up signing a contract on the day for an offer well above the listed price. She carried on advising and helping until the contract went unconditional. She was a pleasure to sell with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
