I have been a client of Johnny's for around fifteen years. Initially he was my managing agent for my property. As my managing agent he was very honest, hard working, approachable and fair. Most recently I decided to sell the unit, he (& his team) put together a very accurate and targeted appraisal (all the details and comparisons were directly related to my property). He the executed the appraisal to the letter and was successful in finding a buyer in a matter of weeks (in my view exceptional give all the current circumstances). Again, as a sales agent he was very honest, hard working, approachable and fair.

We launched our house advertising, hours before the banning of open homes due to covid. Lolit was amazing through the whole period. she only allowed people through with pre approvals. What can I say, my experience working with Johnny and his team has restored my faith in real estate agents; not that I would readily trust another without putting them through a few paces, but definitely I would work with Johnny again and again. He is trustworthy and honest foremost, he's not pushy, he understands the importance of communication and he does it well. From the very start of our agreement Johnny was very clear, no bullshit which is what I like. If I needed my hand holding and reassurance that would have been available too. I was aware of everything happening at all times and all feed back from prospective clients as soon as an inspection had taken place. Once we were under contract I was updated on the progress of the buyer's finance, build & pest inspections and any issues arising from those via Johnny long before any correspondence came via the solicitors. He and his team were following up all the way through to final inspection and settlement and I couldn't have been happier to pay his commission. He and his team EARNED every penny. And then, when settlement was all done and dusted, out of the blue arrives at my door not one, but two beautiful gifts totally unexpected. This young man has thought of everything. Johnny and is team are fantastic. Particularly if you are selling in Fitzgibbon, don't bother looking elsewhere. Johnny is very professional and understands the market very well. He deals with buyers appropriately, ensuring you don't waste time and energy with non-serious buyers. He and his team are very capable of haggling for your benefit to get the price you want.

Brad provided excellent, timely, proactive service. Brad offered and employed a number of strategies and outlined the pros and cons of each. I felt fully informed at each stage of the process. Brad was realistic and accurate in his pricing guidance. He kept us up to date with detailed updates and reports as the sale progressed. I can't recommend Brad enough, particularly given the current uncertainty in the market.
