However, we were more than disappointed in the time frame it took to sell our house, 11 months from listing. It also sold for significantly less than originally suggested and we were often reminded that it did not compare well with other properties on the market. We feel that if this was the case, that the original suggested selling price originally given to us based on comparable properties was in the end not accurate.
