We have sold 2 properties through Glenn in the past 18 months and have no hesitation in recommending Glenn and his team at Harcourts. We took a risk recently by purchasing our forever home before putting our existing property on the market. We spoke to Glenn prior to putting in an offer as part of our due diligence and sought advice on what he felt was a realistic sale price for our property so that we could calculate how much we could offer for the new property. Glenn provided us with data for sales in the area and gave an honest appraisal. He did not over estimate the price which was important to us, as it would have made a significant difference to our future repayments if he had over sold it to us.
