Our first contact with Karen was when she texted asking for information in response to our ad carried by the online listing agent “For Sale by Owner”. The result of those texts was our invitation to come see the property. During the visit we understood the degree of Karen’s and Harcourts Plus’ experience and knowledge in Hallett Cove. However, all we took away from that meeting was some good advice and did not take up with Harcourts Plus or any realestate agent just yet. We held two more open houses on our own but the number of groups coming through was disappointing. World events were developing quickly and after touring an open house being held by Karen and Glenn at the end of our street and seeing how quickly a subsequent offer on that house turned into a sale for a good price, we opted to engage with Karen and Harcourts plus. We took Karen’s recommendation to contract with a staging company. The staging company made some simple recommendations for minor alterations before setting the house up for presentation before a photo shoot. A date for an open house was set for a few days hence. One offer was made before the open house and there were quickly three more after. We accepted an offer above the top of the price range on the third day after the open house. We are pleased with the result.

Karens knowledge of Hallett Cove secured her as a realtor for me and i couldn't be more pleased with the result. Not even 2 weeks on the market. 2 open homes and had signed within 8 days over asking price. Nothing came without a reason. Everything she wanted from us or advised us as beneficial absolutely secured us the result we got. Every detail including when we went to market fell within her selling strategy and i really respect her wealth of knowledge. Karen ensured she was always at the end of the phone with my question I had. She is extremely intune with this area and the current market and its her understanding and strength to sell that will push her to secure you the best result for your home and by far makes her one kick ass leading lady. I will add that as recommended by Karen, Wendy and the team at PPP were amazing for styling our home and bringing to life the features that showed our true vision on what are our home felt like to us. The photos lifted colours and highlighted spaces.
