Simply the best!

When our family decided to place our house on the market, we put a lot of homework into finding the best agent we could find. We studied local sales results (not simply volume, but how did they compare to similar properties in the area), and read many client reviews. The name Karen Nelson stood out like a beacon. From the first moment we met Karen, we were impressed. Karen put us at ease, outlined a strong sales strategy and assured that she would be with us every step of the way. Typically, in the sales industry this can be simply a flippant remark, but Karen meant everything she said. Nothing was too much. Karen’s work at the very busy opens and the follow up work was exemplary. Our house sold after two opens and considerably above our top asking price. We felt for our neighbours, who sold their also well-presented but bigger house with another agent, for far less only one month before. We are your typical Mum and Dad with kids.
