Within a week and a half of meeting Patrick, he had my home photographed, listed and sold with an unconditional cash contract. Patrick was pure class from start to finish. He either answers his phone on the first couple of rings, or calls you straight back. He answers texts and emails straight away and he does what he says he’s going to do. He’s easy to deal with. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who builds rapport as quickly as Patrick does. He’s very personable, and you end up feeling like you’re dealing with a mate, someone you’ve known for a long time and could have a beer with. He’s genuine, easy going and always “on”.
