I feel like Jerri needs a superhero cape to telegraph her incredible skills and personality - so she that she's recognized in the way she deserves to be! She is an absolute gem, and honestly deserves waaaay more than 5 stars. Over the course of 4-5 months, Jerri helped my wife and I sell our two properties, of which, the previous one (not this one) was a complicated sale. She was just incredible throughout both sales. She invested a lot of time in us and our properties, to help us maximise the final sale price. For those in the know, you will know that this a huge win if you're selling, and meant just so much to my family's future. Her service was beyond anything I've heard of in the industry! I won't go into the details, but suffice to say, that on many occasions, Jerri went well above and beyond the call of duty to help and support us in the sales process and was always full of helpful advice! On a personal note, I appreciated that Jerri always answered or promptly returned calls. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helped support us in a) doing home-improvements in jobs we weren't familiar in doing (is she a tradie as well!?!) and b) for jobs that were a little outside of our scope, she supported a number of small businesses who were both very professional and cost-effective. Jerri, you've been a huge blessing to our family, and we'll be forever thankful that we met you!
