At times neighbour's were difficult but her professionalism and friendly nature were able to defuse potential difficult situations. Jerri was always available for any discussions or questions we had. I met Jerri about 3 years before selling my own house as she had sold my next door neighbour's house. I explained how I wanted to sell my house but that I was terrified and that there was a lot to do to get my house in shape. She didn't once HASSLE me! She was always so lovely, gave me heaps of tips on how to get the house ready, if that is, I wanted to sell in the future. She was always unbelievably supportive of myself and my son who is autistic (and doesn't like change). She arrived often with my favourite cup of coffee to see how I was getting on, have a look at what I'd achieved. She really made me concentrate on improvements and what renovations would give me a GREAT return on my investment. Because I'm a full time carer for my son, I had to do all the renovations on my own but if I had the money, she often found me a great tradesmen who was value for money. After three years of indecisiveness of staying or selling, I sold with Jerri for an unbelievable price! It has allowed my son and I to move from a very nice 2 bedroom house with a pool in Tarragindi to a 4 bedroom house, with a pool and a teen's retreat just around the corner in Moorooka. Not only is it a bigger house with a view, I also had money for renovations and the ability to pay my mortgage and be debt free. I would have no hesitation EVER in recommending Jerri as the best Real Estate Agent ever. For anyone that signs on with Jerri as their agent, I know for sure that you won't regret it.

Jake doesn't just get excellent results, he also does a fabulous job following the process from the first contact right through to settlement. He adapted the campaign to changing market conditions to get us the result we wanted. He's been fabulous dealing with all parties involved to remove and tackle any roadblocks to see the process through right until the handover of the keys.
