As an interstate seller, I was heavily reliant on my sales agent and Rebecca exceeded my expectations. She coordinated multiple quotes and trades to get the property market ready and even went to check on the house immediately after the recent cyclone hit. She contacted me nearly daily with updates, and held a large number of inspections during a short period of time. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property in the area - great area knowledge and sales strategy too.

I have purchased/sold st least 5 properties. Ryan's knowledge and service was exceptional. He made the entire process a real joy and was nearly as excited as me when the purchase went through. No fuss and never any issues, kept me up to date the whole way through, even over long weekends. Ryan was a real pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend him to anyone and will definitely go through him again.

Rowena and her team delivered on everything they promised with multiple offers and a sale on first showing. BTW we had originally bought it through her 2 years previously so we knew she was a good negotiator.

Great Job by Rowena and Yuni when i was desperately looking for something affordable and centralised for me. Everything was taken care of almost instantly within 2 days to inspect and the offer and contract drafted. Just awaiting to settle and moving in now.

Keryn's communication was awesome. Very personable. Very easy to talk to. Very accommodating. We really felt like she had our best interests at heart and we had a great outcome with better than expected sale price so certainly would highly recommend her and her work partner Rebecca! 👍🙂

Rowena Gill previously sold a family members house, and I was impressed with her then and the sale price she achieved. So when the time came to downsize, I didn't hesitate to call on her again to sell the family home. I love her positive attitude and confidence in achieving a good sale for me. And once again she didn't disappoint. The sale price she achieved! A street record I think! I am so wrapped. Thanks Rowena. And let's not forget her associate Yuni! I highly recommend the Gill team to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Ryan was so easy to work with! He always answered all of our questions and stayed in contact to make the buying process easier. He was a huge help and guided us through the process as first home buyers. Thanks Ryan!

I probably would have let my irrational fears take hold and not gone thru with the purchase; if it wasn’t for the great personality of your associate Yuni Lan! Who even rang me after the recent cyclone to check I was ok!

Right from the start she was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble in helping me sell my house anything I asked for she would always have a solution for me I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through the process
