Rowena listed my house on Monday, had an Open Home on Saturday and had it sold by Sunday for a price I am ecstatic with. She is so easy to talk to, knows the area and made the process so easy with her extensive knowledge of real estate and contracts.

Roweena has a very approachable , friendly personality and also very professional with potential buyers the Open House weekly and Auction . Roweena did an extraordinary job organising professional photos and a video to highlight how unique our house was. We found Roweena to be extremely informative and patient with us as we were new to selling and the legalities . This made for selling our house , a breeze for us . I highly recommend Roweena for anyone who is serious about selling their home

Keryn presented a document pack for the property - it was comprehensive which was great given I was based in Melbourne with little local knowledge of the getting the best price. Well done all the way through and thank you.
