Alex knows the market very well and you can have full confidence that he will work very hard to get you the best possible price for your property. Awesome agent
We were lucky - Alex was actually the first agent we met when we first looked for our first home. We had zero knowledge going in and even then when the prospect of selling to us was (probably) low, he explained the process in the most layman way possible. Very social, friendly and warm - straight away we felt very comfortable around him. We didn't end up buying that first home, but shopping around for houses became less intimidating after that initial meet. Several months and houses viewing with other agents later, we happened upon him a second time and the property he was selling ended up as our lovely first home! Always available, patient and accommodating, constant communication throughout the process. An ex-builder so he doesn't just know property market, he understands building and was able to give us some pointers. The experience of buying our first home was almost painless and mostly pleasurable. Thank you so much, Alex, we and our dogs love our new home!

Alex Have a Chat.
Alex, what can I say, from the moment Peter invited you into our house to be our agent to sell our home there was something about you. Besides the fact you loved to have a chat your knowledge of the area, what buyers were looking for, small details to improve the overall look of the house, like changing the cupboard door handles in the kitchen to give it a lift and a new stainless steel range hood all at minimal cost. Alex was always prompt in replying to calls or home opens. He has a high standard of professionalism and was always immaculate in his dress, a very friendly, chatty guy who achieves what he says he will do from the time it would take to sell to the price we could expect. We would happily recommend Alex as a property agent for anyone in the market to buy or sell their property.

Professional expertise followed up with a fantastic result.

Great agent
Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. He knew the owners & history of the house so was able to answer all our questions. I feel he worked in the best interest of us as the buyers, as well as the sellers. Overall I would recommend Alex and if we sell in a few years will be looking him up.

A True Professional
Like all big decisions/moves there is always stress and struggle in the moment. Our experience was no different apart from one major exception. The difference for us was Alex.
