Sale of my townhouse
Silde is one of the best real estate people I have ever met. He has an excellent knowledge of values, market, etc etc. He kept me well informed every step of the way, made useful suggestions when asked, and worked very hard on my behalf, while keeping in mind the requirements of potential buyers. He was fair to both parties. He made sure that I was comfortable with and understood fully any decisions made. He was cheerful and pleasant throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Silde Canda to anyone who wishes to either buy or sell.

Honest, great communicator and easy to deal with
Jamie sold our property in Wavell Heights in October 2021 and although this is outside his typical region it was no impediment for Jamie's professionalism and achieving an amazing sale result. Jamie's number one attribute is his great communication skills and keeping you informed and up to date throughout the process. As a control freak myself, I loved the regular phone calls and email updates and knowing exactly where things were at. Jamie was open, honest and upfront through every step and treats every client in the same professional way. The details were explained and a high level of trust is established through your first interaction with Jamie. We would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for an honest agent who keeps you informed at every step, achieved an above expected result and was willing to go out of his way to make the process seemless!

Very happy with the result Jamie achieved for us.
From the first time we met Jamie he made us both feel very comfortable with the process and we quickly made the decision to select him to sell our property. A few hiccups on the way with perspective buyers not being upfront with regards to their finances but Jamie was always one step ahead with backup buyers (and not just one) always in place. The result he achieved was well beyond our expectations. Jamie kept us well informed with what was going on and was very supportive in selling our family home of 42 years. Would have no reservation in recommending Jamie to anyone wanting to sell a property.

Have used Jamie multiple times and highly recommend!
Jamie did such a great job with our purchase we used him for our sale years later. He is very professional yet felt more like dealing with a mate. He help with every aspect and made everything super easy and streamline. We had very difficult tenants while selling our investment property and Jamie took over all communication and handled them perfectly so we could have successfully open houses. Jamie took all the stress away from us while we had our hands full with work and twin toddlers at home.. and for all of that I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Grateful first home buyers
