A True Professional
Jamie has a warmth about him that you makes you feel very comfortable when dealing with him, he is a great commutator, keeping you updated constantly ( We wonder if he ever sleeps ) We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wanted to sell or buy a home

Fantastic Agent
We found Jamie to be very professional and we also really appreciated his sincere mannerism. From the start he made us very clear as to what the market entailed and more importantly where our property would fit in. The property sold within days of us deciding to sell, which also took out any lengthy selling cycles. Throughout the whole process, he kept us fully informed and it was always a pleasure talking to him. We would with no doubt use his services and or refer him to any one else.

Jamie's Professionalism Stands Out !
Jamie was the agent selling our new home, his professionalism stands out from most agents. His desire to obtain the very best results for the Owners selling their Property was his primary goal. While doing that, negotiating in terms of their interest, he also operated fairly for us as the new buyers communicating every step of the way with us. When we had a couple of hiccups to solve with the Building & Pest fimdimgs, he stepped up and became the primary mediator in the process, making himself available at any time of the day so that together we could solve it. We go into our property with our "Eyes wide Open" with the scope of works required. This is a far better way to buy than the not knowing. Jamie has a calming mannerism, is honest and refreshingly down to earth. He has not developed an ego. He gained our trust very quickly. We look forward to moving into our new home, inviting him to our house warming party knowing we will remain acquaintances after this transaction. We highly recommend him. Great Agent
Jamie Baker has provided warm and personalised attention throughout this house hunting process. He has been attentive, and professional. Great agent
Andrew sold our house quickly where another agent failed. He worked hard & communication with us was fantastic. We were always notified straight after every inspection & conversation throughout the contract. He went into detail. He knew his stuff from every aspect He was there for everything not his personal assistant & most importantly he is just a very genuine smart approachable person. Very happy with Andrew & his receptionist was also very warm & lovely every time. Highly recommend.
