Having had numerous agents ask to sell our property when it came time we chose Jamie because he was the only one that wasn't "pushy". Jamie advised us on price and marketing and listened to our wishes. He marketed our property well and although one contract fell through at the last minute Jamie organised another contract within 24 hours!! All in all Jamie is a great bloke and very professional agent. We have now hesitation in recommending Jamie.

Jamie was amazing from start to finish He was calling me on Saturdays and Sunday’s trying to iron out any issues we had and he just seemed to get things done no matter what time of the day or night it was He has such a friendly and helpful manner about him too which makes him seem more like a friend than an agent Jamie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help everyone involved get everything they wanted He is an absolute legend and my family and myself are so grateful to him for all his efforts and hard work I can NOT rate Jamie highly enough I wish they had a 10 star rating! My family (dogs included) were really at ease selling with Jamie and Rob, they have good vibes and are really great guys, professional all the way. They also made us feel relaxed, as they kept us informed each step of the way. They gave us prior notice on any inspections, and delivered us really fast results in selling our family home of 19 years. It was a major life change for us, and they both made it flow very easily. As a family, we had planned to seek out several agents prior to reluctantly selling the home we had lived in for nearly three decades, downsizing to meet our later years needs. Jamie sat with us, delivered his sales strategy, and involved us in the sales delivery methods during our first meeting. Needless to say, we were so impressed that we looked no further for an agent and signed Jamie up half an hour later. He did not let us down. Having not sold a house in recent history, we felt very at ease with Jamie's interaction, and we trusted him implicitly. He rewarded our trust with communication that went beyond what anyone in our family had experienced from real estate agents in the past. Jamie shared sales reports, open house outcomes and sales strategies not only with us, but also with our daughter (in Melbourne) who was heavily involved with the sales process. He made multiple calls to all of us, to best create an outcome, and he was sales focused with our needs at front of mind.
