Pat was easy to work with when purchasing the property. He understood both the owner’s and the buyer’s needs and worked hard towards an outcome that suited both parties. He made himself available when needed and was very prompt with any follow up questions.

We recently sold our house off-market through Pat and his team, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Pat and Shane’s professionalism and expertise made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the first interaction they had done their research on our area and came prepared. Pat provided clear, thoughtful advice at every step, ensuring we felt confident in our decisions. Their communication and follow-up were impeccable—we were always kept informed and knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. What truly sets Pat and his team apart is their ability to deliver on their promises. They assured us they could achieve a top price for our property, and they absolutely delivered (Street record). Their market knowledge, negotiation skills, and attention to detail resulted in an outcome that exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for an agent who is professional, trustworthy, and results-driven, we can’t recommend Pat, Shane and his incredible team highly enough. Selling our first home was a big decision, but having Pat and his team in our corner made sure it happened smoothly and successfully.

The Pat Ivey Team were excellent in supporting & navigating us through the process of buying our first home. Pat was exceptional in communicating with us anytime of the day. He is unlike the stereotypical “real estate agent” and a hard worker.

I can’t thank Ross enough for his tenacity and patience throughout the purchase of my new home. Ross made himself available during the Christmas period even while he was on leave to accommodate open and honest communication. Thank you, Ross.
